Your dinner committee has been working hard for the past 24 months planning the formal portion of your reunion.  We looked hard at the major seating challenges that occurred at the wonderful 40th Reunion, and we believe that we are able to address these.

The doors to the Convention Centre hall will be open one (1.5) hour & a half before dinner is served.  On the registration kit enclosed seating chart, please locate the group area for your graduation year.  This is where you will find the majority of your friends and classmates seated.  Each table will have a table stand indicating the grad year the table is for.

The cash liquor bars will be located around the outside of the floor area.  There will be one Cocktail bar for martini's and other cocktails.  The other bars will have basic liquors, wine and beers.  The ratio of bars will be 1 for every 125 attendees.  We have been assured that they will not run out of liquor or beer this time.

One bottle of red & one bottle of white will be placed on each table, so that you may fill your glass, compliments of the Dinner Committee.  If your table does not want the wine, we are sure the neighbouring table will gladly take it off your hands.  Additional bottles of wine will be available for purchase at one of the many bars around the hall.

Class photo's will be taken in the photo area at the North end of the Hall.   Please see the registration kit enclosed sheet listing the approx times for your class photo.   Also watch the two video screens for updated listing of which class photo is being taken (in case we fall behind).  Do not be late for your photo, as there is only a limited time to take the pictures and we have 50 years to do.  If some classes are less than 12 people in attendance they will be combined with the next year's class.   Photos of you and your classmates can be purchased that evening for Cash or Cheque only please, as the photographer is not set up for wireless credit or debit card processing.

Unfortunately the party will have to end at 2:00 am and we must clear the hall by 3:00 Please make sure that you have arranged for a safe ride home. Final details and changes, if any, posted in early May, 2010!
